On behalf of Comcast, the Network Expansion Ambassadors have reached out to the HOA board to express their sincere apologies for our neighborhood "falling through the cracks." In our May 27th meeting, Erik Vasquez assured the HOA board that ALL properties will be restored to their original condition or better when they are finished with the restoration process. The estimated completion date for the full installation and restoration process is August 28, 2026. However, the entire project runs past our neighborhood into Remington Forest, which will be the last phase. Erik stated they are about 60% complete with the install and restoration should be complete in Ranch Crest, Sections 3 & 4 before the estimated completion date of the entire project. Please be vigilant in reporting all damages on your personal property to the email addresses on the attached document. Please copy (cc) the following email addresses with your email to Comcast and Sammons Construction:
If you experience an emergency situation, please text or call Sammons Construction at 281-752-6006. Please follow-up by sending the emails, as the Network Expansion Team needs to be aware of all issues.
Please know the HOA board has been and will continue to be proactive in holding Comcast accountable for the full restoration. This includes personal properties and roadways. Members of the HOA board will do a drive around with Comcast representatives at the end of the restoration process to make sure repairs are complete to our satisfaction. Sharing the documentation of your requests is helpful prior to this happening. On behalf of the HOA board, please know that we share your frustrations and appreciate your patience.
We encourage you to periodically visit this website under "Notices" for updates. This is the fastest way to get the information to all residents.
Your HOA President,
Angela Knee Hahn
On behalf of the HOA & residents of Ranch Crest Sections 3 & 4, we have reached out to the construction company responsible for the Xfinity/Comcast installation in Ranch Crest. The doortag received last week was the first we had heard about the upcoming Xfinity/Comcast install in our neighborhood. The representative from Sammons Construction assured us that ALL damages would be repaired at the end of the job, bringing all properties to their original condition. Please be pro-active in reporting damages to your personal property.
There are two ways to report damages:
Please know that Charlie Riley's office has already received a list of the pre-existing repairs needed in our neighborhood. We pointed out that new damages have occurred during the Xfinity/Comcast installation. This will assist his office in clearly identifying the new damages. If you have damages or concerns that are potentially on the County side, please click on the tab on this website labeled "Have a concern?" We will include your concerns in our correspondence with Charlie Riley's office. On behalf of the HOA board, please know we are being proactive and share your frustration regarding the unnecessary damages and disrespect for our properties.
Sincerely,
Your HOA President
Angela Knee Hahn
