COMCAST CABLE INSTALLATION DAMAGE - HOW TO REPORT

On behalf of the HOA & residents of Ranch Crest Sections 3 & 4, we have reached out to the construction company responsible for the Xfinity/Comcast installation in Ranch Crest. The doortag received last week was the first we had heard about the upcoming Xfinity/Comcast install in our neighborhood. The representative from Sammons Construction assured us that ALL damages would be repaired at the end of the job, bringing all properties to their original condition. Please be pro-active in reporting damages to your personal property.

There are two ways to report damages:

  • Per the doortag from Xfinity: File your detailed issues at xfinity.com/claims or call 281-752-6006.
  • Per the Damage Contol Consultant at Sammons Construction: Email your address, photos of damages, detailed issues & contact information to support@sammonsconst.com or call/text Kristi at 281-515-5655.

Please know Charlie Riley's office has already received a list of the pre-existing repairs needed in our neighborhood.  We pointed out that new damages have occurred during the Xfinity/Comcast installation. This will assist his office in clearly identifying the new damages.  If you have damages or concerns that are potentially on the County side, please click on the tab on this website labeled "Have a concern?" We will include your concerns in our correspondence with Charlie Riley's office.

On behalf of the HOA board, please know we are being proactive and share your frustration regarding the unnecessary damages and disrespect for our properties.

Sincerely,

Your HOA President

Angela Knee Hahn
